Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of bound8 ("bound8", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use bound8.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Space administrators are responsible for the members and roles they manage.

Acceptable use

• Don't use bound8 for anything unlawful or harmful.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.
• Respect the other members of your Space.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you create in bound8. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, display, and process that content so we can provide the service to you and your Space — including sending requests to AI and calendar providers when you use those features. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Third-party services

Features such as calendar sync and the AI assistant rely on third-party providers (for example, Google, Apple, and Anthropic). Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Service availability

bound8 is provided "as is" and "as available." We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bound8 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using bound8 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated. You can request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
